We are currently shipping within the UAE only, ensuring every order is handled with care from preparation to arrival. Each piece is handcrafted in limited quantities and carefully inspected before packaging to ensure exceptional quality.

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, slight variations may occur, making each piece uniquely yours. Natural stones and freshwater pearls may also vary slightly in shape, tone, and texture as part of their natural beauty.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your jewelry to be carefully prepared before shipment. Once dispatched, delivery within the UAE typically takes 1-3 business days.

During public holidays, special occasions, or periods of high order volume, preparation and delivery times may be slightly delayed. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as each order is prepared with care and attention to detail.

As every piece is individually made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Once an order has been shipped, the logistics provider becomes responsible for the package, and we are unable to refund or replace lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
